Mr. Lasky has more than 40 years of experience in the automotive industry. From 1977 to 1999, Mr. Lasky worked at Dana Corporation, where he held a variety of senior roles. At the time he left Dana, he was President of Worldwide Filtration Products and a member of Dana’s World Operating Committee. From 1999-2006, Mr. Lasky served as the Chairman, President and CEO of JLG Industries, a manufacturer of aerial work platforms, telescopic material handlers and related accessories. Mr. Lasky then spent time at Accuride Corporation, a manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle components. While at Accuride, he served as President and CEO from 2008 to 2011 and as Chairman of the Board from 2009 to 2012. Mr. Lasky has held a number of other positions on boards of directors for different companies within the automotive industry. He has been a director for Stoneridge, Inc., a global designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electrical and electronic components, modules and systems for the commercial vehicle, automotive, off-highway and agricultural vehicle markets since 2004, and he has been serving as Chairman since 2006. Mr. Lasky currently serves on the board of directors for TreeServe, LLC, and served as Chairman of the board of directors for Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, LLC; as a director of PumpMan, LLC; as a director of Affinia Group, Inc.; as Vice Chairman of NUARI, a cybersecurity firm; and as a board of trustee member and Chairman of the Budget and Finance Committee of Norwich University.
