Teddy Schiff

Mr. Schiff is a Partner at Northwood Ventures, a middle market private equity firm focusing on sponsored transactions within the business services, consumer, logistics and specialty manufacturing sectors.  Previously he spent fifteen years in the real estate development and investment industry, most recently at Arel Capital, where Mr. Schiff was a Partner and member of the investment team managing a $2 billion portfolio of equity and debt investments. Mr. Schiff began his career at Lehman Brothers, in both New York and Tokyo, in the Fixed Income Department where he traded corporate bonds and credit derivatives. Mr. Schiff is a graduate of Trinity College where he received a B.A, in Economics, a member of the Men’s Ice Hockey team and currently serves on the Board of Trustees.  Mr. Schiff also graduated with an M.S. from Columbia University, where he had the honor of guest lecturing from 2015-2017. Mr. Schiff and his family live in Greenwich, Connecticut where he is an active youth sports coach, enjoys tennis, golf, hockey, and outdoor cooking.
