Mr Devine has extensive experience in the industrial, building products and industrial service industries having served as the CEO of American Standard Brands, Custom Building Products, World and Main and PumpMan LLC.   As the CEO of PumpMan, Mr Devine partnered with the Founder of Soundcore Capital Partners to create a national water and wastewater service and repair company completing 14 acquisitions and a successful exit with a sale of PumpMan to Harrington Industrial Plastics a Bain Capital portfolio company.  Mr Devine has served on the boards of Jacuzzi Brands, InfraStripe LLC and currently serves on the board of TEC Specialty Products LLC, a Pacific Avenue Capital Partners portfolio Company.  Mr Devine has served on the board of Madison Square Boys and Girls Club in New York City since 2009, served as its Co-President (2019-2023) of its Board and led Madison’s restructuring in 2023 brought about by New York’s Child Victims Act.  Mr Devine is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point and The Executive Program at the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia.
