April 1, 2024 – Soundcore Capital Partners is pleased to announce the promotion of Sam Kohistani to Vice President.

Sam joined Soundcore as a Senior Associate on the Investment Team in 2022. Sam’s primary responsibilities include deal execution, thesis development, and portfolio company oversight. He currently works closely with Heartland Paving Partners and Door & Dock Holdings.

Prior to joining Soundcore, Sam was an Associate at Huron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm based in Michigan. Prior to joining Huron Capital, Sam was an Investment Banking Analyst within Robert W. Baird & Co. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst within D.A. Davidson & Co. Sam received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance Honors and a minor in Economics from DePaul University.
